Tried the intro offer. Didn't like the fit. Didn't realize I was signing up for more shipments. An intro offer should be just that, a chance to try a product before ordering more.

This company is very unethical. I ordered the free sample for $4.95, but in addition I received five boxes and a charge for $69 on my credit card. They said I had checked the box for a subscription, but there is no way I did this. They offered a refund, but only if I would pay the return shipping for all five. Be careful before ordering!

Be Careful and Beware, you will be overcharged, as each ITEM on your order will be charged a $4.95 handling fee. In addition you will be charged a new $4.95 supply chain charge which is not noted anywhere.
The ‘special’ customer service number is nothing but a receptionist, one who can not answer any questions, or pull up your account for your information. After numerous calls and transfers, promises of call backs, hang-ups and over 2 hours I finally was transferred to a supervisor, who also isn’t authorized to refund any overcharges, even the ones you are not told about, I cancelled my subscription because I sure don’t want them charging unknown fees and surcharges. Be very careful!

We do have the 4.95 processing fee listed on our brochure and we are temporarily charging an additional 4.95 on phone orders as logistics charges have skyrocketed.
