The male guards are very effective in stopping occasional leakages overnight. The guards stay in place effectively. Though I have found that the guards are more effective when the sticky back is not used to hold the guards to underwear. Overall pleased with the product. Now if pricing could be less, I would be more pleased.

I got a sample of a liner/shield that didn't have a plastic backing. This particular product was not the right one. It is absorbent and comfortable, but I won't be ordering again. I love the pull up pants and will continue to use them and try to figure out what liner/shield it was I liked. (I should have paid better attention to the wrapper.)
